So your client has just revealed to you that they have been binging... now what? Or, perhaps you've caught them weighing themselves excessively... what do you do?
Working with clients who display signs of disordered eating habits or behaviours can be confronting for coaches, as we want to make sure that we navigate their situation with care. However, we not taught the art of counselling in our cert 3s and 4s and unless you have personally struggled with an eating disorder, many coaches won't know how to navigate this new dynamic.
